False Plot[edit]

The film's music[edit]

I just looked up the last part of the film on YouTube and found out that it was Joel McNeely composing the music for the film, so Wikipedia and the Internet Movie Database are wrong because it wasn't Patrick Griffin who did the score at all. The article stated 'It is the third Disney sequel to have a theatrical release rather than going direct-to-video after The Rescuers Down Under in 1990 and Return to Neverland in 2002.' There were theatrical sequels to other Disney films in the past (Old Yeller and Savage Sam; The Absent-Minded Professor and Son of Flubber). I added the qualifying word 'animated'. Movie Plot Corrections[edit]

What actually happened in the movie is that Shere Khan didn't chase Shanti, just Mowgli, and Baloo and Shanti joined forces to save him. Plus, Shere Khan was trapped in the mouth of the statue after he fell onto the stone in the lava pit.
